Senior Security Consultant

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Security Consultant with deep experience in IT Security Assessments/Compliance and ability to travel up to 50%.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assessing technical, administrative and physical controls based on various regulations or standards
  • Work on multiple projects concurrently, manage time effectively, and require minimal supervision in the execution of a project
  • Document risk findings and develop recommendation reports
  • Assist in business development opportunities

Skills and Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years of IT security and compliance experience required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in working as a consultant for a professional services firm, preferably performing IT risk assessments, information security consulting or IT audits
  • Experience in doing network, infrastructure, and vulnerability risk assessments
  • Technical or professional certifications, such as CISA or CISSP, are a plus
  • Experience in the following regulations and frameworks:  FISMA, PCI, GLBA, HIPAA, Sarbanes Oxley, NERC/CIP, ISO 17799, NIST, others
  • Experience working with complex, sophisticated clients
  • Unquestioned integrity and personal ethics
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in computer science or information systems

Senior Security Engineer

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Security Engineer with broad and deep experience in implementing a variety of security technology solutions.  Technologies such as Identity & Access Management, SIEM, DLP, Encryption, Unified Threat Management, IDS/IPS, and more.  Candidate must be willing to travel up to 50%.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess and define clients’ key security technology requirements, identify and evaluate security technology solutions, and implement/support a variety of security technology solutions
  • Assist in IT risk and security assessments
  • Work on multiple projects concurrently, manage time effectively, and require minimal supervision in the execution of a project
  • Assist in business development opportunities

Skills and Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years of implementing/supporting various IT security and compliance solutions experience required
  • Experience in working as a consultant for a professional services firm, preferably implementing a variety of security technology solutions
  • Experience in implementing security technology solutions such as Identity & Access Management, SIEM, DLP, Encryption, Unified Threat Management, IDS/IPS, and more.
  • Cloud and data center security experience, are a plus
  • Technical or professional certifications, such as CISSP, are a plus
