Anthony Martin, Founder

Anthony Martin is a lawyer, professor, Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), and member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Prior to starting Redpoint, Anthony was a partner at one of the largest law firms in the country.  He created and lead the Information Privacy & Governance practice for the multi-national firm.  In that role Anthony helped global companies manage their privacy and compliance programs, records retention schedules, and information security practices.  In addition, Anthony has a decade of experience in the protection of confidential business information, intellectual property, and competitive intelligence for international organizations.

Anthony also teaches the Information Privacy & Data Security curriculum at  St. Louis University School of Law.  Based on his background in teaching Privacy & Data Security, Anthony is frequently asked to provide keynote presentations and “awareness” programs to help businesses and their employees understand the complicated issues of personal privacy and information protection.

Peter Esparrago, CEO

Peter Esparrago is a global security and technology executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in a wide variety of industries.  Peter was President of Cigital, a global Application Security consulting and training company.  He was also President of Mycroft, a global Identity & Access Management consulting and managed IT/Security services company.  Peter was CEO of IntraISP, a global BSS/OSS Software-as-a-Service company, in which he grew and sold twice.  He was President of River City Internet Group, a holding company for various technology businesses (data centers, network management, ISP, WISP, SaaS, cloud storage).  Peter was COO of Ariel Research, a global leader in Environmental, Health & Safety content, software, and outsourcing.  As COO, he helped grow and sell the company.  Peter also spent over 16 years at Accenture, where he was a Partner.  Peter has an MBA in Finance from Rockhurst University, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from University of Missouri.
